OzHelp - Graduate PD Program (Pilot Study)
OzHelp is a non-profit organisation that provides a range of counselling and health promotion services and activities. Their service suite was originally designed to meet the needs of apprentices and workers in the building and construction industry and the utility sector industry in a number of locations across Australia. Funds recently received by the Federal Government have allowed OzHelp to develop a range of services specifically tailored to new graduates beginning their working careers in the banking, finance, legal and public sectors. Known as the OzHelp Graduate Professional Development Program, this range of services is currently being piloted with a number of graduates from the above sectors in Sydney and Canberra. The Hunter Institute of Mental Health (HIMH) has been contracted to conduct an independent evaluation of the pilot and will be supported by Human Capital Alliance (HCA) for recruitment and data collection. The second phase of this independent evaluation has been completed. Thank you to all graduates and mentors who participated by completing the initial and follow-up questionnaires. Phase three of the evaluation is now available. Please click on the link below to access the survey. *********************************************************************************************** Ozhelp Graduate Follow-up Questionnaire-PART 3***************************************************************************************************
