Celia commenced at the Hunter Institute of Mental Health in 2011. She has Masters degrees in Public Health and Health Management and over the past 10 years has worked in a number of health administrative positions in several different countries.
At the Hunter Institute, Celia has worked as a Senior Project Officer on the Partners in Depression program and the Child Illness and Resilience Program. She has also been involved with a scoping study investigating the competencies of the early childhood educators to promote children’s mental health and wellbeing.
More recently, Celia has been working in the Mental Health and Research area on Connections: A resource for early childhood educators about children’s wellbeing, and the Response Ability initiative.
Celia is passionate about promoting the health and wellbeing of children and young people and enjoys the opportunity to further this objective at the Hunter Institute of Mental Health.
